What happened to the original Morgan on Boy Meets World?
Cory Matthews’ baby sister, Morgan, was played by 2 actors during the show’s run. The first actor, Lily Nicksay, was in seasons 1 and 2. She’s made a few TV appearances since then, including Judging Amy and 8 Simple Rules – though that appears to be her last known role.
The second actor, Lindsay Ridgeway, took over the role of Morgan for the rest of the series. There was a noticeably different approach to the character, no longer cute and impish but sarcastic and rough. Boy Meets World handled the transition in its characteristically meta fashion, with Cory acknowledging he hasn’t seen Morgan in awhile and Morgan confirming that she was in the longest time-out ever.
After Boy Meets World, Lindsay did some voice over work, then attended school. Her last credit on iMDb is in 2005.
I love Phineas and Ferb! But it’s so not Disney-like. It reminds me of something….
Like… Rocko’s Modern Life? Well that’s funny. Because the creators of the weird and hilarious Phineas and Ferb were also major players behind Rocko – Jeff “Swampy” Marsh and Dan Povenmire were writers and animators for the weird and hilarious Rocko’s Modern Life. Their best efforts were clear in the episode “Zanzibar!” – the classic musical episode where O-Town learns how important it is to R-E-C-Y-C-L-E recycle. Marsh and Povenmire loved the musical so much, they decided Phineas and Ferb would be heavy on songs. How about that?
